Privacy
Privacy policy.
Last updated 13 May 2026.
This policy covers how Dearmer Equity Pty Ltd (trading as RevenueSpark) handles personal information collected through revenuespark.ai. Engagement data — anything we hold about you as a contracted client — is governed by the data protection clauses in your signed agreement, not this page.
Who we are.
Dearmer Equity Pty Ltd is an Australian proprietary company. The registered contact for privacy enquiries is abe@sendspark.com. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
What we collect.
We collect personal information in three places, all of which require an action from you.
- Discovery questionnaire. When you submit the form at /discovery, we collect your name, work email, company, role, and the answers you provide to the 37 questions. We use this to assess fit, prepare a teardown, and follow up by email.
- Booking flow. When you book a call via /book, your name, email, and answers to the booking questions are processed by Cal.com (our scheduling provider) and forwarded to our calendar. Cal.com's privacy policy applies to its handling of that data.
- Site analytics. When observability is enabled, we use Sentry (error monitoring), PostHog (product analytics), and Cloudflare Web Analytics (page-view counts). None of these capture form contents or email addresses. PostHog assigns an anonymous device identifier; Sentry attaches it to an error event only if one occurs. You can opt out by blocking the relevant domains in your browser.
Where it goes.
Form submissions are delivered to our team inbox by Resend (our email provider) and stored in Cloudflare Pages logs for up to 30 days. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to advertising platforms or data brokers.
The subprocessors who may receive your data when you use this site:
- Cloudflare (hosting, edge logs, email routing)
- Resend (transactional email send + delivery logs)
- Cal.com (calendar scheduling, if you use /book)
- Sentry (browser error monitoring, when enabled)
- PostHog (product analytics, when enabled)
- Slack (alerting on form submissions, internal channel only)
Cookies.
We do not set marketing or advertising cookies. The site uses first-party browser storage for the discovery form's save-and-resume feature (your in-progress answers persist locally so a refresh does not lose work). Observability providers, when enabled, may set first-party identifiers in line with their own documentation.
Your rights.
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and (where applicable) the GDPR, you can ask us to:
- confirm what we hold about you,
- correct anything inaccurate,
- delete it, where retention is not required by law, and
- export it in a machine-readable format.
Email abe@sendspark.com and we will respond within 30 days. If we cannot resolve your concern, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Changes.
We will update this page if our practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced on the blog before they take effect.
